Speaking of keeping an eye out for new members....
Daniel Accettola came out to get his Level 1 certification with his rocket called Steeler.
While we at TRIPOLI Pittsburgh have a lot of people come out to get L1 certs with us, few come from as far.
Dan drove 5+ hours to fly with us from Windsor Canada.
Daniel Accettola's Steeler heads up for his Level 1 Certification on an H-219.
It required a little D and M work (Drone and Machete) to recover but with a little help Dan was able to bring it back to the pits.
After hanging out with the crowd for a while longer, Dan was able to make the long drive back to Canada with his rocket intact and a successful L1 cert in his pocket.
Nice work Dan and welcome!
Another member to always keep an eye on is Kevin Wuchevich here with his Not So Mini Mag.
On his flight card Kevin wrote "Might light" which in reality applies to many of Kevin's rockets.
Below the Not So Mini Mag plugs into the ground as the ejection charge fires. Which again is not uncommon with Kevin.
Nice flying Buddy!
