Rick Shubert loads up his Sledgehammering Atomic/Nuculer PileDriver while....
A Strange Occurance...
Kevin Wuchevich loads up his unnamed YellowJacket rocket with its "Flash in the Pan" ignition system.
Something of a glitch occured...

Once the launch system was energized, both rockets were sent signals to ignite...
Rick's rocket was the first to light up but within milliseconds the motor experienced a catastrophic event.
The motor continued ejecting propellant grains and the liner.
The rocket reached an altitude nearly high enough to clear the launch rail before sliding back down.
Rick's PileDriver comes to rest with its tip against the rail.
Just as Rick's bird hits the ground, Kevin's Flash system goes off.
The Flash ignition kicks Kevin's craft up a couple of inches on the rail and then it settles back down.

Once the 4 Estes F15 motors ignite, the rocket ascends for launch.
The "Flash in the Pan" ignition system works flawlessly and the cluster of motors carries the YellowJacket upwards off the rail.
Rick and the gang try to locate motor parts and assess damage.

In the end, Rick Shubert determined that the damage to the rocket was minimal.

"Given the speed at which I work, I should have it fixed in a year or two.", Rick commented.
